If your FerroTune arrives broken, damaged, or does not function as described, you are entitled to a full refund.
 
- No return shipping required
- No lengthy investigation process
- Simply contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo or short video of the issue
- Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days back to your original payment method

CHANGE OF MIND RETURNS
 
If you have changed your mind after receiving your order, you may return the item within 14 days of delivery, provided:
 
- The item is unused and in its original condition
- The original packaging is intact
- You contact us first at info@ferrotune.com to arrange the return
 
In this case, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Once we receive and inspect the item, a refund will be issued within 5 business days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
 
 
WHAT IS NOT COVERED
 
- Damage caused by misuse, dropping, or modification of the product
- Items returned more than 14 days after delivery without prior agreement
- Change-of-mind returns where the product has been used or packaging destroyed
